    Okla. Asks DC Circ. To Nix Clean Air Rules In Indian Country

    The state of Oklahoma on Monday asked the D.C. Circuit to knock down rule-making by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency implementing new Clean Air Act regulations in Indian Country, saying the government robbed the state of its jurisdiction in enacting the new rules.
