Fed. Circ. Affirms Apple's Win In Motorola ITC Patent Case
The Federal Circuit on Friday affirmed a U.S. International Trade Commission's decision finding that Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPad didn't infringe a Motorola Mobility LLC wireless communications patent related to push notifications, agreeing that Motorola's infringement theory is "inconsistent" with the patent claims.

Motorola Asks Fed. Circ. To Reverse ITC Ruling In Apple Row
Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. urged the Federal Circuit on Friday to reverse a U.S. International Trade Commission ruling that Apple had not infringed one of its smartphone patents, saying Apple's devices practice the asserted claims.
