ITC Asks Fed. Circ. To Back Patent Ruling Against Griffin
The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday urged the Federal Circuit to affirm its finding that Griffin Technology Inc. protective cases for several Apple Inc. devices infringed an Otter Products LLC patent, saying Griffin wrongly wanted the court to reject an interpretation of the claims the company had previously advocated for.
