Target Corp. on Friday urged the Seventh Circuit to uphold the dismissal of a proposed class action accusing the retailer of pushing millions of deceptive, unsolicited credit cards on people with low credit scores, claiming the new cards were merely upgrades to store-branded cards already held by the recipients.
