Res-Care Challenges Contract Exclusion At Fed. Circ.
Federal contractor Res-Care Inc. told the Federal Circuit on Thursday that it was wrongfully pushed out of a long-held contract managing a U.S. Department of Labor job corps. center in Virginia, while the court mulled whether the government has the power to exclude large companies from contracts under the Workforce Investment Act.
