Kline & Specter Asks 3rd Circ. To Uphold Ex-Atty's Sanctions
Kline & Specter PC on Thursday told the Third Circuit that a New Jersey federal judge correctly sanctioned one of the firm's former attorneys $2,500 for filing a time-barred federal racketeering suit against the firm in an attempt to regurgitate state law claims he already tried to pursue in Pennsylvania.
