The Federal Circuit on Tuesday refused to force the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to set aside additional contracts for veteran-owned contractors in an appeal brought by Kingdomware Technologies Inc., affirming a final decision of the Court of Federal Claims in the VA's favor.
