A Delaware federal judge on Wednesday upheld a Genzyme Corp. patent for the cancer treatment drug Mobozil in Genzyme and Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC's suit over Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' planned generic versions, finding the patent isn't obvious.

Drugmakers Genzyme and Sanofi-Aventis sued three pharmaceutical companies Friday in Delaware federal court, claiming that the companies' generic drugs will violate Genzyme's patents for the cancer treatment drug Mobozil.
