ING Loses Bid To Move Fund Fee Fight To Arizona
A Delaware federal judge on Friday denied ING Investment LLC's bid to transfer to Arizona a derivative case alleging the asset manager charged exorbitant fees to its real estate fund, ruling ING failed to show that a trial in Delaware would be anything more than inconvenient.
