Lambasting alleged circuit court splits, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to deny certiorari to a putative class of former workers that seeks to overturn an Eleventh Circuit decision compelling arbitration under foreign law on their forced labor and wage violation claims.

The Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a district court's finding that international law required enforcement of arbitration in a putative class action brought by workers against Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., saying their arguments against the arbitration agreements weren't valid.
