    Pa. Hospitals Urge 3rd Circ. To Revisit Medicare DSH Suit

    Pennsylvania hospitals on Monday pressed the Third Circuit to revisit its recent ruling that Medicare need not count patients in a state charity program when calculating disproportionate share payments for treating low-income residents, saying the court bought into a bogus distinction between Medicaid patients.
