Insurers Defeat Urban Outfitters In ZIP Code Coverage Row
A Pennsylvania federal court has ruled that OneBeacon America Insurance Co. and the Hanover Insurance Group Inc. do not have to defend Urban Outfitters Inc. and subsidiary Anthropologie Inc. against three putative class actions challenging the retailers' collection of customers' ZIP codes, according to a decision released Friday.
