Victoria's Secret Direct LLC and Lerner New York Inc. pushed a Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday to reverse a tariff classification decision affecting its "bra tops," alleging the hybrid products should be categorized with brassieres and similar products rather than as a nonspecific garment.

Victoria's Secret Direct LLC recently told the Federal Circuit that a lower court ruling incorrectly classified its "bra tops" for tariff purposes, saying the garment should have been labeled under a tariff category that includes brassieres and similar products.
