An employee slapped Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. with a Dodd-Frank whistleblower suit in New York federal court Wednesday, claiming his audit reports were "whitewashed" and that he was harassed for raising concerns following the company's decision to increase the number of risky corporate loans it made.
