Fed. Circ. Scraps Air Force Phone Contractor's $114M Win
The Federal Circuit on Thursday vacated an Air Force contractor's $114 million win in a dispute over a phone services contract, saying that a lower court should have let the dispute play out further in the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals rather than accept the contractors' calculation of damages.

The U.S. Air Force urged a Federal Circuit panel on Tuesday to overturn Sufi Network Services Inc.'s $114 million damages award stemming from a breached telecommunications contract, alleging the vast majority of the award was improper and unsupported by evidence.
