Ltd. sought an early win Thursday in New York federal court in a bad faith and breach of contract suit filed by the law firm Bamundo Zwal & Schermerhorn LLP, arguing the insurance coverage Sentinel provided doesn't cover lost business income resulting from flooding during Superstorm Sandy.
