The maker of Four Loko, a caffeinated alcoholic beverage, pressed the Seventh Circuit Monday to reverse a decision freeing Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. units from defending it in four lawsuits blaming the controversial drink for injury and death, arguing the insurers can't hide behind a liquor liability exclusion.
