A California federal judge on Thursday tentatively dismissed a group of medical marijuana dispensaries' suit alleging a Los Angeles ban on medical marijuana businesses violates their right to equal protection, saying the plaintiffs didn't show the ban is unconstitutional but granting them leave to amend.
