Epic Games' Rival Can't Kick $9M Code-Copying Verdict
A Fourth Circuit panel on Monday affirmed video game giant Epic Games Inc.'s $9.2 million judgment against game developer Silicon Knights Inc., ruling Epic was entitled to damages for both breach of contract and copyright infringement after Silicon Knights deliberately copied Epic's code.
