11th Circ. Affirms Wide Discretion For Debarring Agencies
The Eleventh Circuit has backed the Defense Logistics Agency in a court battle over long-term suspensions for two affiliates of indicted contractor Public Warehousing Co., issuing a bright-line ruling that will likely dissuade other affiliated companies from litigating suspensions and debarments they believe to be unfair.

11th Circ. Upholds Suspension Of Contractor Affiliates
The Eleventh Circuit ruled in a precedential decision Tuesday that affiliates of indicted government contractors can be suspended from doing business with the government for longer than 18 months even if legal proceedings have been brought only against the parent company.
