The D.C. Circuit on Wednesday dealt a blow to the town of Barnstable, Mass., in its opposition to the proposed construction of the U.S.'s first offshore wind farm, saying the Federal Aviation Administration properly analyzed the risks of the project on local aviation.

The Federal Aviation Administration never fully analyzed the risks of the first U.S. offshore wind farm to local aviation when it signed off on the Nantucket Sound project, the town of Barnstable, Mass., told the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday.
