NY Human Tissue Co. Escapes Body Parts Harvesting Suit
A tissue bank can't be held responsible for accepting remains from a human tissue retrieval company that were illegally harvested, as it accepted the body parts in good faith, a New York federal judge said on Monday, dismissing a putative class action brought by family members of the deceased.
