Celgene Accused Of Infringing Cancer Treatment Patent
Andrulis Pharmaceuticals Corp. accused rival drugmaker Celgene Corp. of inducing the infringement of a bone marrow cancer treatment by encouraging physicians to prescribe a drug cocktail covered by an Andrulis patent, according to a suit filed Wednesday in Delaware federal court.
