Claims Pared In Michelin Tire Price Discrimination Row
A South Carolina judge on Monday gave Michelin North America Inc. a partial pretrial victory in a suit accusing it of giving discounts to tire dealers in order to drive a truck retailer out of business, ruling that a dealer agreement doesn't allow for any liability over terminating the deal.

Michelin Can't Escape Tire Price Discrimination Claims
A South Carolina federal judge has rejected Michelin North America Inc.'s bid to toss price discrimination and fraud claims brought by a truck retailer alleging Michelin gave discounts to rival tire dealers to drive the plaintiff out of business.
