    A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday rejected Boeing's request for a new trial in the case of a Costa Rican woman who won a $2.2 million verdict for emotional and physical injuries she suffered after a harrowing 2010 flight, saying there was "ample evidence" the woman suffered severe post-traumatic stress disorder and major depression after the event.
