GM Beats Trademark Suit Over Cadillac User Interface
A Massachusetts federal judge on Friday tossed a trademark infringement suit brought by high-end tabletop radio maker Cue Inc. accusing General Motors of infringing its mark with a similarly named touchscreen driver interface for Cadillac vehicles, saying consumers weren't likely to be confused.
