Tennessee whiskey maker Jack Daniel's has resolved a trademark infringement lawsuit in which it accused a local rival of copying its iconic bottle and label design, according to settlement papers approved Monday.

The owner of the Jack Daniel's trademarks has accused a Tennessee-based distillery of copying its iconic bottle and label designs for the distillery's unaged rye whiskey, hitting the company with an infringement complaint in Tennessee federal court last week.
