Sega, Gamer Still Can't Sell Deal Over Stingy Arcade Game
A New York federal judge on Monday refused for a second time to approve a $650,000 class action settlement between Sega Corp. and a gamer claiming an arcade game is programmed not to award prizes, finding that the requested attorneys' fees are still too high, among a host of other issues.

A New York federal judge on Monday refused to approve a proposed class settlement for gamers who say that they were tricked by an arcade game made by Sega Corp., saying that it wasn't clear how possible claimants would be notified and who they are.
