    Redbox Users Urge 9th Circ. To Revive Privacy Class Action

    Consumers on Wednesday urged the Ninth Circuit to revive a putative class action alleging Redbox Automated Retail LLC violated California's Song-Beverly Credit Card Act by recording consumers' ZIP codes, saying the retailer infringed on privacy rights by using personal identification information for marketing purposes.
