XimpleWare Corp. on Tuesday settled two respective copyright and patent infringement suits filed against rival Versata Software Inc. alleging that Versata made $300 million by selling insurance-related software that infringes XimpleWare's copyrighted and patented source code, according to documents filed in California federal court.
