Honest Tea Label Doesn't Live Up To Name, Suit Says
Honest Tea Inc. was hit Wednesday with a proposed class action accusing it of dishonestly marketing its honey green tea as a source of antioxidant flavonoids, when in fact the tea does not contain the amount of antioxidants touted on the label.
