News Corp. Antitrust Claims Go To Expert Panel In $560M Suit
A Michigan federal judge on Wednesday found that an expert panel, not the court, should hear antitrust claims in a marketing company's $560 million lawsuit accusing News Corp. of continuing to manipulate the market for coupon inserts and in-store ads despite a previous settlement that had laid to rest similar claims.

Valassis Says News Corp. Ignored $500M Antitrust Settlement
Valassis Communications Inc. filed a $560 million complaint against News Corp. on Friday alleging the media conglomerate has continued to manipulate the market for coupon inserts and in-store advertisements in spite of a $500 million settlement the parties struck three years ago.
