Snack company Snyder's-Lance Inc. on Monday struck back against a putative class action in Florida federal court alleging it mislabeled "all-natural" snack products, arguing the plaintiffs did not pay a "premium price" for the products as they claim.

Snyder's-Lance Inc. was hit with a proposed class action Wednesday by consumers claiming it misleadingly labels its pretzel and chip snacks as “all natural” even though they allegedly contain artificial colors and genetically modified ingredients.
