SEC In Settlement Talks With Ex-Level Global Trader
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is in settlement discussions with former Level Global Investors LP portfolio manager Mark Megalli, who pled guilty in November to an insider trading scheme that earned the hedge fund at least $2.5 million, his attorney told Law360 on Wednesday.
