An Illinois federal court ordered Audi of America Inc. to produce six years' worth of documents in a row over vehicle computer system patents, saying a magistrate judge erred when limiting Velocity Patent LLC's discovery bid, since Velocity adequately showed it could potentially recoup damages that far back.
