DC Comics Soars To Victory In Superman Rights Suit
The heirs of Superman co-creator Joseph Shuster made a valid deal with DC Comics in 1992 that gave up their rights to reclaim their stake in the iconic character, a Ninth Circuit panel said Thursday, handing DC its latest victory in the battle over Superman's copyright.
