Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc. and Seeger Weiss LLP and have reached a settlement in a lawsuit over the firm's use of the retailer's logos on a website, according to a judicial order on Wednesday dismissing the suit in a New York federal court.

Seeger Weiss LLP urged a New York federal court on Monday to dismiss a suit brought by Vitamin Shoppe Industries Inc., saying the law firm's use of the company's trademarks on a website seeking plaintiffs for a potential false advertising class action did not confuse consumers.
