The Ninth Circuit refused Tuesday to revive a suit brought by an airport contractor claiming the city of Los Angeles' Living Wage Ordinance was so vague as to be unconstitutional, ruling that the contractor lacked standing to bring the claims.

LA's Living Wage Law Unconstitutional, 9th Circ. Told
Los Angeles airport services contractor Calop Business Systems Inc. urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to scrap a 1997 law requiring some L.A. employers to either pay a $14.80 minimum wage or provide certain health benefits, arguing the law is so vague it violates constitutional due process rights.
