After refusing to invalidate an Ameritox Ltd. patent for urine test sample reports, a Wisconsin federal jury on Tuesday awarded Ameritox and Marshfield Clinic Inc. $8.65 million for rival Millennium Laboratories Inc.'s alleged infringement.
