US Water Gets $7.5M Over Infringed Ethanol-Production IP
A Wisconsin federal jury awarded $7.58 million in royalties to Minnesota-based U.S. Water Services on Friday after finding that Novozymes infringed the asserted claims of two patents covering the production of ethyl alcohol from a milled grain, while holding that the infringement was not willful.
