Roofing Co. Wants Homeowner Tossed In Faulty Shingle Suit
Atlas Roofing Corp. targeted one of three Tennessee homeowners in a proposed class action alleging the company's shingles are defective on Monday, saying he can't show that roof leaks and wind damage were caused by a problem with the roofing material.
