LME, Others Fight Alumnum Buyers' Bid To Revive Suit
LME Holdings Ltd., owner of the London Metal Exchange, and others urged a New York federal judge Monday not to allow aluminum buyers to amend their complaints in antitrust multidistrict litigation over warehousing rates for the metal, with LME saying that U.S. courts lack jurisdiction over the company in the case.
