Google Can't Nix Data Patent As Abstract Ahead Of Trial
A Texas federal judge has rejected Google and YouTube's attempt to invalidate two SimpleAir Inc. data transmission patents under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice framework, moving the case one step closer toward an upcoming trial next month.
