Viacom International Inc. and several big-name clothing retailers including Kohl's Corp. were hit with an infringement suit Thursday in federal court alleging they ripped off a Michigan clothing company's trademarks through promotional merchandise for the Nickelodeon children's cartoon "Bubble Guppies."
