The company behind Little Trees — the ubiquitous brand of tree-shaped car air fresheners — on Tuesday won a ruling affirming a jury's verdict that a company that makes a tree-shaped rival had violated trademark law by using similar packaging.

Little Tree Air Freshener Owner Beats Rival In IP Suit
A New York federal jury on Thursday decided that car air freshener company Exotica Fresheners Co. infringed the trade dress of Car-Freshner Corp., which alleged that the defendant ripped off the product packaging for its famous Little Trees fresheners.
