Costco Beats Claims Over Illegal One-Stop Eye Exam Shops
A California federal judge on Monday knocked off a proposed class action accusing Costco of violating state business and consumer protection laws by offering eye exams and eyewear in the same location and charging a premium for the service, finding that no concrete economic injury had been alleged.
