A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday ordered the consolidation of two patent infringement and breach of contract lawsuits involving mobile payment service Square Inc. and a professor at Washington University in St. Louis who says he was a co-founder of the company, ruling that joining them would promote judicial efficiency.
