Jury Says Westlake Doesn't Infringe Valid Adhesive Patent
A Texas federal jury on Friday held that Westlake Chemical Corp. did not infringe a patent for a method of making adhesive resins but that the company also did not demonstrate that the asserted claims of the patent are invalid, according to court documents.
