Judge Koh Sends Samsung Phone Value Claims To Arbitration
Members of a putative class of Samsung smartphone buyers must arbitrate claims that the value of their devices tanked after they were found to have infringed Apple Inc. patents, U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh ruled Monday, finding the phones were sold with an enforceable arbitration provision.

Samsung Sued Over Phone Value After Apple Patent Verdict
A proposed breach of warranty class action filed Tuesday against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. alleges that the value of Samsung's smartphones has "dropped dramatically" since they were found to infringe Apple Inc.'s patents and seeks a refund for consumers.
