Shell Oil Products US has agreed to pay $2.2 million to settle class allegations that it violated consumer protection laws by misrepresenting the terms of a free ski lift ticket offered for buying 10 gallons of gas, according to a Friday motion in Oregon federal court seeking preliminary approval.
